Career in Forestry

A forester is in charge of managing forests for conservation, economic and recreational purposes. He also provides solutions to problems involving forests as well as the plants and wildlife. Since forests require years to be developed, a forester must possess the ability to solve matters with realistic solutions, usually long-term ones. Furthermore, a natural instinct to investigate things is essential to a forester as it will help him find solutions. These two are vital characteristics that a forester should posses. Lastly, an interest in plants and animal wildlife can be acquired through learning in schools but an innate interest can bring a forester to greater heights in his career.
